- Access to and purchase of products from Kannan’s Kaapi are governed by these Terms & Conditions. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
- Please note that all products listed on this website are subject to availability. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded. All sales are final. We kindly request customers to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.
- Product prices are all in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior warning. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout before payment confirmation.
- Orders will be processed only after successful receipt of payment. Kannan’s Kaapi accepts prepaid orders only and does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We reserve the right to decline, hold, or cancel any order in the event of incorrect information, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- We do our utmost to get products to you on time. Due to shipping location, courier partner, weather elements and/or other circumstances, delivery times may vary. All delivery dates are tentative and not guaranteed.
- We prepare and package our coffee, tea, masalas, pickles, etc., using strict quality controls. Customers are advised on the storage of the products as directed in the packaging to maintain freshness and quality.
- When ordering, customers are required to enter correct personal, billing and shipping information. Kaapi will not be liable for any failure of delivery due to any error or omission of information provided by the customer to Kannan.
- All logos, product images, product descriptions, graphics, and other content provided on this site are the property of Kannan’s Kaapi. Any unauthorised reproduction, copying or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
- These Terms & Conditions are subject to the applicable laws of India. Users agree to comply with all relevant legal requirements while accessing or using this website.
